“ I had an incredible dining experience! The food was simply outstanding. Lamb ribs, oyster shorts, Crab lasagna, flathead fish and Coconut margarita was 10/10. The service was exceptional and view of the ocean was stunning. ”
“ Top location, really lovely staff. Coffee 7 out of 10. We ordered the steak sandwich which was very nice, and only complaint could have had the gristle cut off prior to serving. The little lemon meringue tart was the best we've ever had. We'll be back. ”
“ Bit of a mixed review as sitting on the deck right by the water was lovely and relaxing. Everything else was pretty average. I had the ramekin served salmon and crab patè with warm ciabatta as pictured. The patè was delicious, light and well seasoned. I would’ve preferred a crusty baguette over a soft bread roll and a bit of side salad would’ve cut through the richness and made the dish more Visually appealing. My partner choose the salad minus the noodles that were on the menu and unfortunately the leaves looked like they had just been tipped straight out of the plastic bag they came in and weren’t dressed properly at all. The drizzled dressing on top was tasty but there wasn’t much effort put into the salad overall it wasn’t worth the price. The servers were all friendly and attentive. Sweet potato fries were really tasty. Would come back just to sit and have a few cold drinks and chill by the ocean ”
“ Great food. Slightly expensive but worth every cent. Excellent service. Good views of Moreton bay. Comfortable seating. ”
“ Food was very nice. My 1 star off is I think the seafood chowder could have been a bit more. The seafood platter for 2 was amazing. Shared it my grandson and even took some home. Will definitely be back. ”
“ Spectacular setting over looking Moreton Bay and Peel Island. Great seating options, all with a view. I have always loved the Sea Food Platter which we first tried a few Christmas's ago. Fish, chips, crab, oysters. bug, prawns, calamari. So much food and so delicious. Ambience is wonderful with superb service. ”
“ WOW is an understatement! From service, to the food, to the view. Just WOW. 10/10 location. Easy parking. Plenty out front as well as beside the restaurant. Just the bread entree right through to desert, everything was well thought out. The menu offered something for everyone. It was well spread out and easy to talk which is so important. Will definitely be back. ”
“ Dined at The lighthouse on Sunday and ordered a chicken burger w/fries and a raspberry spider. The burger was juicy and absolutely delicious, chips were cooked to perfection. As much as I’d love to keep raving about how delicious this burger was because seriously, take my word for it. A couple notes, I did find a few bones in my meal, happens in food service all the time so there really nothing to say except it was just a bit unexpected. I waited patiently for my raspberry spider, unfortunately I feel like the restaurant might have lost my docket. After a bit over 25 minutes I decided to talk to a staff member, he was on it like the wind. No complaints here. The atmosphere is lovely enough to not worry about where everything is. Last thing I’d like to say is that when finishing my meal, a staff member took my plate just as I was finishing and my drink with it. Now I know this is probably just me, but I was saving that lovely last bit of my spider. I felt a little saddened by this and decided to leave shortly after. Overall, this is possibly the loveliest spot by the point and definitely worth your while. The staff are attentive and lovely, views are fantastic and the chicken burger is the best I’ve tasted. I’ll be back :) ”
